Búzios, a fisherman town that became a touristic hub
The peninsula got its fame from the actress Brigitte Bardot in the 60’s. A statue of her was even placed on the main street of the city, Rua das Pedras. This is where the international Jet Set comes for holidays or festive week-ends, turning Buzios into the “Brazilian Saint Tropez”.
